Standard Maintenance Cleaning 

■ Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the floors in all rooms. ■ Cleaning the bathrooms, including mirrors, toilets, showers and baths. ■ Cleaning the kitchen, including wiping down appliances, counters, sinks and spot clean of cabinet doors. 

Along with: 

■ The kitchen area will include: 

■ Scrubbing and sanitizing sinks and countertops, clean surfaces and outsides of appliances, clean inside the microwave. 

■ The bathroom area will include: 

■ Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, counters ■ Extra time on built up areas such as showers, bathtubs, and sinks ■ Clean shower doors, mirrors, and polish chrome 

■ All rooms will get the following: 

■ Dust all furniture and miscellaneous items 

■ Dust window sills, baseboards, doors. 

■ Clean all glass surfaces 

■ Vacuum/mop all floors, carpets, rugs, and stairs 

■ Remove cobwebs 

■ Dust any above light fixtures or fans 

■ Vacuum sofas, chairs and under seat cushions 

■ Tidy up where needed. 

Initial Deep Cleaning

■ Scrubbing and disinfecting toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, counters ■ Extra time on built up areas such as showers, bathtubs, and sinks ■ Clean shower doors, mirrors, and polish chrome 

■ All rooms will get the following: 

■ Dust all furniture and miscellaneous items 

■ Dust and wipe window sills, baseboards, doors, light switches and outlets ■ Clean all glass surfaces including inside reachable windows. 

■ Vacuum/mop all floors, carpets, rugs, and stairs 

■ Remove cobwebs 

■ Clean any above light fixtures or fans 

■ Vacuum sofas, chairs and under seat cushions 

■ Clean inside and out of the cabinets All vents will be vacuumed ■ Window tracks, seals and panes will be cleaned 

■ Tidy up wherever else is needed.
